Mortise or half surface mount hinges for the jam and surface mount for door.
Made from American steel.
Has a rough matte black finish.
Removeable pin
Can be used on either right- or left-hand doors.
7" tall by 1-11/16."
Mortise pad is 3-1/2" Tall x 2."
8, 1-1/4” x #12 Pyramid head screws included.
6, 1" x #10 Flat head screws included.
Weight capacity approx. 80 to 90 lbs. for 2 hinges, third hinge can be used for heavier doors.
Can be used on regular doors.

Installation Tips

Pin is removeable for easy installation
Drill pilot holes for door surface with a 9/64” drill bit for hard wood or 1/8” drill bit for soft wood to a 1-1/4” depth.
Drill pilot holes for door jam with 1/8" drill bitfor hardwood or 3/32" drill bit for soft wood to a 1" depth.
Hand tighten screws to preserve the hinges finish.
