No, we do not have a show room our sole location is our factory. If you would like to pick your order up in person we are glad to help. Please reference our office hours for pick-up and make you you confirm with our customer service team.

Our billing terms are, 1% 10 days Net 30 days for any open accounts.

No, we do not have a minimum order.
What is your lead time?
We stock most of our items and ship Monday through Friday. Orders received before noon EST usually ship the same day. We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS and offer expedited shipping at check out. Mortise lock sets and dummy sets can have extended lead...

What is the cost for shipping my order?
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and shipping address. We have several options available to meet your needs.
Do screws come with your products?
All of our hardware come with all the hardware needed to install properly in normal situation. We sell additional quantities of our screws and fasteners separately.
