  ° Before your return, please call our office to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

  ° (508) 339-4500, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

  ° Returns should be made within 120 days of shipment date.

  ° If your order is missing a component, we would be glad to send a replacement part at no charge.

  ° If your item(s) have been opened or previously installed a restocking fee may be applied to your refund.

  ° Refunds will be issued via the method of payment once items have been received by our customer service team. 

  ° Returns can be sent to the address below via the carrier of your choice.
